Meet Our Staff

The staff at Ferrari of Houston and Ferrari of The Woodlands is composed of experienced, educated and trained automobile professionals. One of the guiding principals of management at Ferrari of Houston and Ferrari of The Woodlands is to always recruit, hire, and retain the smartest and best people available. This philosophy not only insures a smooth-running, innovative dealership, it's also a necessity, because our clients are among the smartest and best people in Houston and The Woodlands. People who always expect the best. Our staff's job is to meet or exceed those expectations.
Each member of our staff goes through two stages of training: the first is our internal training, to insure that everyone knows and meets the expectations of working at Ferrari of Houston or Ferrari of The Woodlands. The second training is the external training provided by Ferrari S.p.A. and Ferrari of North America. The training process is continual and goes on year round. Sales staff attend new product seminars where they are briefed on the latest Ferrari models and given the opportunity to test these cars on a track at speed and tutored in the process of ordering up the perfect model with just the right options for each individual client. Two to three times year, Ferrari representatives also visit the dealership to clinic each member of the staff on the latest upgrades and new options for the current model line.
The Parts staff also attends multiple training sessions each year. Parts training covers everything from inventory management for new models to learning the updates on Ferrari's extensive computer system, which can access not just Ferrari of North America's inventory but also provides communications with other Ferrari dealers, just in case it's necessary to look outside our inventory for a specific part. Our Parts department, managed by Nolan Robinson, has been honored as one of the top 5 Parts departments in the U.S. every year for the last 5 years.
The Ferrari of Houston Service staff is one of the most highly trained in America. Each year, every single technician is sent to Ferrari North America headquarters for training on how to properly service new Ferrari models in addition to ongoing training on older Ferrari models and systems. Our company invests over $15,000 a year in training per technician to insure that each client's service needs and expectations are met. The dealership's technician standards are high, as you might expect from a company with such an extensive racing background; it is one of the only dealerships in America to have three (3) Ferrari Master Technicians. Most of the technicians have long tenures with the dealership, with an average of 15 years of service. Consistency and technician excellence creates a superb Service department, capable of handing everything from a brake job to an engine rebuild, all of it done in-house. The Service department for Ferrari of Houston and Ferrari of The Woodlands is, as you might expect, highly international. Our Service technicians are from six different countries. The Service Manager speaks English, Spanish, and Italian. One of our Service Reps was honored as the best Service Rep in the American Ferrari Dealer Network in 2014.
The Body Shop is both highly technical and very versatile. One day they might be working on a 1960's era Ferrari; the next, a brand new Ferrari 458. The staff is continually trained and updated on the latest techniques as well as the tools required to repair cars made of today's highly technological composites, alloys, carbon fiber, and aluminum. The whole package, from front-end to back-end, from Sales to Service, is designed and managed to provide you with an enjoyable, frictionless ownership experience.
